The private entrance of the apartment added an exciting touch to my stay, making me feel like a VIP entering my own little kingdom. Once inside, the marvelous mountain view greeted me, as if a stunning painting had come to life. The charming tile/marble floor added a touch of elegance, making me feel like royalty as I explored every corner of the apartment. Truly a unique and memorable experience!

I recently stayed at Kathleen's Vacation Place for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was incredibly fresh and clean, exceeding the cleanliness of other 3-star hotels I've stayed at in the past. Kathleen, the host, was a perfectionist and it showed in her attention to detail and the accuracy of the information she provided. The level of privacy was just what I was looking for, and the room had everything I needed, including a fridge stocked with various drinks and noodles for purchase. Kathleen was always available and incredibly helpful, even arranging an amazing canoyeering experience at Kawasan Falls and giving us valuable tips on timing. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Limited Location Accessibility

The room was clean and well-furnished, and the air conditioning was a huge plus. the hosts were friendly and helpful, providing us with great local tips. We also appreciated the option to rent scooters at reasonable prices, which made getting around very convenient. Another key advantage was the location, which allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions.

The signal for mobile phones was not very good in the area. there was no TV in the room, which was a bit disappointing.

Despite not having WiFi in the rooms, Kathleen's Vacation Place offers a convenient and comfortable stay. the location is ideal, being very close to the town centre but far enough away from the noise. there is a supermarket nearby, making it easy to stock up on supplies. the rooms themselves are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. the friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. With the option to rent brand new motorbikes, guests have the freedom to explore the attractions in the area. All in all, Kathleen's Vacation Place offers a great value for money and a convenient base for a Moalboal vacation.
